My story
Thelma will be better as the only pet in the house because she likes to do her own thing and be in charge of her space and interactions; She has an alpha personality. Thelma is loving and accepting once you've let her decide that you're her person.
She was bonded to and adopted with her sister, Louise. Her caretaker returned Thelma and kept the sister.
This cat needs a tall, tall cat tree since she gravitates toward the highest place in the house she can find.
No small children and a quieter household is best. Thelma has had no experience with dogs. That is not to say that, with a careful introduction, a Thelma and dog relationship wouldn't work out. It depends on the personalities involved.
