the boat was last used May 2023. The boat sleeps 4 people. Same owner for 37 years. Engine run weekly. Needs heat exchanger replaced with belts and hoses inspected and replaced as needed. Always kept in water under covered moorage. Regularly hauled out / painted. Below the waterline planks were refastened with silicone bronze screws in 2011. Boat was repowered in 1993 w/ Freshwater cooled Crusader 220 which throughout the years has been run to operating temperature every 7 to 10 days. Boat last hauled / painted July 2020. New zincs and bottom inspection by diver September 2022. Top transom plank needs repair/replacement. Cabin, deck and transom brightwork need refinishing. The hull and bottom need to be repainted with the below the waterline plan seams caulked with Slick Seam during the haul out to mitigate the drying plank leakage that always occurs when the boat is out of water for more than a couple of days. A supply of Slick Seam sufficient for at least a few haul-outs will be gifted with the boat.Boat must be removed from slip by the first of july.
