Tessa's story

　　DOB: 6/1/18

　　The irrepressible Tessa was rescued from the street at four months of age, after she was reportedly hit by a car. She appeared to be free of any injury and was examined by a vet who confirmed she was fine. She had already been ear tipped, indicating she was previously spayed and returned to her colony. Tessa was initially a calm, reserved kitten and it took her a week to learn how to play with toys and enjoy the indoor life. She is now an expert at all types of teen kitten fun and games.

　　Tessa is looking for a home with a young, playful, confident kitty, who can match her activity level. Her ideal family would be adults only or adults and teens, as she is not suited for young kids. She could also be the only cat in the household is she receives ample playtime and is not left alone all day. She would most likely adapt to a home with a cat-friendly dog.
