　　Raven would like to make her nest at your house! This is Raven, a beautiful five to six month old (as of 2/13) female terrier mix. She has a sleek black and tan coat with tan head and chest markings like a Rottweiler so she may have some of that breed in her. Raven weighs 24 pounds now but will get bigger, probably to around 50 pounds. She was found as a stray and picked up by Animal Control and had been at our local shelter for a month.

　　Raven is one of those dogs you just have to meet in person to appreciate. She is so sweet and loving and craves attention. But remember, Raven is a puppy and she will need training and socializing to help her develop into a well mannered adult dog. She is still very jumpy (for affection) and mouthy. So she may do better around older children who can handle this right now. She will probably get too big to be an apartment dog. Raven will require a fenced in yard and she will need lots of exercising or another dog to help burn off her youthful energy. We have started her on her crate training. She is up to date on her vet care, spayed and is heartworm negative. She is on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. She is also microchipped. Such a sweetheart -- and she will be much better for you than a box of chocolates!!
