　　Carlee: Terrier Mix, Spayed female, 7 months old, 20 pounds, Submissive A rescuer spotted an unbelievable sight of a puppy desperately chasing its owner who sped off on his motorbike after dumping the puppy on the road in a remote mountain. Knowing there was no way for this 6 week old puppy to survive in an area without any residents, food, or water, the rescuer took the puppy in. She named her Carlee and nursed her back to health. Carlee was quickly adopted by a couple whose husband loves dogs but the wife is the polar opposite. As a result, Carlee was chained to a cage outside her home where she was never allowed inside. Carlee had many stray cat friends to keep her company throughout the long boring day until her male owner came home from work at night to feed her and clean up her excrement. Before long, neighbors started complaining about the smell of dog urine and poop. Instead of improving Carlee's quality of life, the couple relinquished Carlee to the rescuer. Unfazed by her former neglect, Carlee remained a happy-go-lucky girl when she returned to her foster home. She loves to play with the resident dogs and gets along great with all of them, big or small. Carlee is a sweet and loving girl who likes to be around people. She is very friendly with people of all ages. Carlee has an underbite which gives her character and a goofy expression.
