Terrier - Caleb - Small - Young - Male - Dog
Email this dog's profile or Share on Facebook! Please go to our website to complete an application. We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt // // Meet Caleb, a 15-pound, 1.5 year old terrier mix with energy to spare. Caleb's dream family would be very active, and his favorite thing in the world is to go on bike rides. This boy can keep up! He does a five-mile bike ride without breaking a sweat. His best friend is his foster mom's pit bull--he likes to play-tussle with her and can definitely handle himself with the big dogs. He is very smart and would be a fantastic candidate for agility training. He is eager to please and comes when called. Caleb was abandoned by his owners at a Lake Arrowhead trailer park--left tied to a dog house without food or water! He is so grateful for love and a warm bed, and bonds closely with his people. He lives with five other dogs and an older dog-savvy child. He would not be a good fit for a home with very small children or cats. He is perfectly housebroken at his foster's home with a doggie door. Caleb is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption fees are $200.All of our dogs are in private volunteer foster homes, and as such these individuals are most qualified to answer any questions regarding the dog. We do not have a central shelter or kennel locations - you must make a private one-on-one meet and greet appointment with each individual dog at the foster family's convenience. To protect our foster families' privacy, we must have an APPROVED adoption application on file before we release their contact information. All of our dogs are fixed (spayed/neutered) and up to date on shots. We have a 2 week foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog is a fit for your family. Adoption fees vary from dog-to-dog. Please note that an approved application DOES NOT guarantee that the dog will be placed with you. The final decision rests with our fosters as they know the dogs the best, and please be aware that there may be other applicants interested in the same dog. We continue accepting applications on a dog until the dog is with the new adoptive family in their home. Thank you for visiting our dogs located at
