The guitar has a spruce top in a black finish that does have some damage/wear that does not effect the guitars sound or play-ability. It has a mahogany neck with ebony fretboard, bridge and headstock veneer. It has a carved thin hollowbody that sounds amazing as an electric guitar or an acoustic guitar. I have it currently set up as a jazz guitar, but with the change of strings it can become an acoustic or a standard electric.
