　　With Taylor's Builder's Reserve series, we tap our personal wood reserves to craft little batches of distinct, detail-rich instruments. Typically the wood sets chosen are offered in very restricted quantities-- even more so than our other seasonal limited editions-- and the guitars they inspire demand an amazing level of workmanship.

　　The companion guitar for this series is an all-koa cutaway GS. The appointments correspond the real Koa Series, with one premium tone enhancement: strong lining and side braces inside the guitar as opposed to the typically-used kerfing. While far more hard to carry out, the thinner solid lining and side braces together add more torsional strength to the sides. As an outcome, less string energy is squandered, more of the top and back are totally free to move, and the guitar produces a livelier, even more receptive, and more vibrant sound.
