This Taylor 712e 12 Fret acoustic-electric was made in Feb. 2013 and is in excellent condition. It's been professionally setup by a luthier where the action has been lowered at both the bridge saddle and at the nut for maximum playability without sacrificing tone. The cool thing about this guitar is it's relatively smaller body for comfort, as well as, the fact that the neck is joined to the body at the 12th fret, hence giving it much more volume and projection due to more sound board to resonate.
