Tapestry's story
Tapestry, aka Tappie, came to us from a shelter in North Carolina. We believe she is a Mountain Cur/Catahoula/pit mix. She weighs about 50 pounds and is believed to be about 2 to 3 years old. Tappie is crate trained, house trained and has learned sit and down. She is doing well on a leash, though she does pull a bit, but we have solved that problem by using a front end leader or she can be walked with an ez-walk nose band. She is a dominate dog and we feel she should be the only dog. Tapestry is a high energy dog, so she needs room to run or she needs a very active person that will take her along for runs and hikes. We are looking for an experienced person, since she does have such high energy and we suggest no children under the age of 12, only because of her energy level. Tapestry is spayed, micro chipped and up to date on all of her shots.
