　　Throughout this summer 2012, the Humane Society of West Alabama wants to increase my chances at finding my forever home by reducing my adoption fee! Email my rescue group or stop in to meet me!

　　The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center at 1515 Veterans Memorial Pkwy is open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Appointments are available for other times with advance notice. We're an all-volunteer group and need advance notice to schedule appointments. We cannot accept same-day appointments.

　　These animals are not for sale - they are up for adoption. We do not hold/reserve animals, nor do we adopt on a first come, first serve basis. We adopt to the best applicant at our own pace. We don't do same-day adoptions, no exceptions.

　　This handsome little man is Ringo Starr, a very cute little orange tabby boy with yellow stripes, white "socked" feet, and white underbelly and a little bit of a white beard! He also has a a very cute little pink nose. Ringo is a very teeny guy, only about 6 months old (6/26). Ringo is a very cuddly and gentle little man who loves rattling and feathery toys!! We wouldn't recommend him with dogs - he's a bit unsettled when he's been around them. This friendly guy is really hoping you'll stop by to visit him! Please come in and meet little Ringo at our cat adoption center!

　　Negative for FIV and FeLK and current on vaccinations. Ringo has been neutered.

　　Our adoption fee is temporarily reduced to only $50, a fee to help defray a fraction of vet costs and general care expenses. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care. Cats still sick or in questionable health are not yet considered adoptable - we only rehome animals who are cleared by one of our trusted local veterinarians. Read up on our adoption process .
