　　The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center at 1515 Veterans Memorial Pkwy is open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Appointments are available for other times with advance notice. We're an all-volunteer group and need advance notice to schedule appointments. We cannot accept same-day appointments.

　　This sweet little baby is Bob Marley, a male white kitten with dark charcoal tabby spots. Bob is approximately 11 weeks old (as of 9/22/13). Bob is sociable with other kittens, but may not be a good playtime buddy with an older cat. A kitten's energy can be overwhelming and make older cats nervous. Bob is easy to handle, but should only be around children ages 10 and up due to being a little on the timid side. We wouldn't recommend that Bob be around big dogs, though he may not adjust well to any dog. Stop by our cat adoption center to meet Bob and more adoptable cats and kittens!

　　Negative for FIV and FeLK, current on vaccinations. Due to being underage for a spay/neuter surgery, adoption requires an additional refundable spay/neuter deposit to reinforce state requirements for all adopted pets to be fixed by age of maturity. Read our adoption process for more information.

　　Our flat adoption fee is $75, a fee to help defray a fraction of veterinary costs and general care expenses. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits, and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care. Vet records are provided to adopters.
