　　Throughout this summer 2012, the Humane Society of West Alabama wants to increase my chances at finding my forever home by reducing my adoption fee! Email my rescue group or stop in to meet me!

　　The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center at 1515 Veterans Memorial Pkwy is open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Appointments are available for other times with advance notice. We're all-volunteer and need at least a couple of days of advance notice to schedule appointments.

　　This beautiful girl is Phoenix, a little 4-month-old female kitten with a very interesting fur coat! She's a brown tabby mixed with a light reddish fawn coloring, but the coloring is spotted, much like a Tortoiseshell with an overlay of tabby stripes! So she's basically a brown/orange tabby mix! She's so much more beautiful in person! Phoenix is a loving, sweet little lady! She's a ham! Phoenix loves to sprawl out and turn anything into a kitty bed - including our laps! She loves to play, and loves being around people! She does great with other cats! She's looking for her forever home at our cat adoption center! 　　Negative for FIV and FeLK, current on vaccinations and spayed.

　　Our adoption fee is temporarily reduced to only $50, a fee to help defray a fraction of vet costs and general care expenses. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care, and are not available for adoption until they are cleared by one of our trusted local veterinarians.
