　　The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center at 1515 Veterans Memorial Pkwy is open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Appointments are available for other times with advance notice. We're all-volunteer and need at least a couple of days of advance notice to schedule appointments. To adopt, we need to receive an application (link to the online version found below). Visit us on Facebook: /humaneswa This cute young lady is Bitsy, a very pretty female brown/gray tabby kitten. She's approximately 5 months old (as of 9/22/13). Bitsy is a calm, easygoing young girl. She's gentle and sociable, and would be an excellent companion kitty. She should do well around kids who can always be gentle with her so as not to make her nervous. Bitsy would hide from something that made her nervous, but would pop right back out as soon as the coast was clear!She may be easygoing, but she also loves attention! She'd love having a person or two to bond closely with. She's hoping for a forever home with someone who can spend plenty of time with her! Visit our cat adoption center to meet Bitsy! Negative for FIV/FeLK, current on vaccinations and neutered. Our flat adoption fee is $75, a fee to help defray a fraction of veterinary costs and general care expenses. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits, and receive immediate vet care upon intake before being available for adoption. Vet records are provided to adopters. Read the descriptions thoroughly and note the specific personalities or special criteria we recommend (some are not good around kids, other cats, dogs, etc.).
