I have nice furniture that I'd like to sell.

　　Leather(ish) couch (sleeper sofa)trimmed with brass nail heads. (sleeper sofa doesn't open well, got tweaked when moving, can easily purchase a new sleeper sofa mechanism or use just as sofa not as sofa bed. Still sits people very comfortably, cannot tell that there is even a sofa bed in the couch) Asking $100 OBO

　　Chair to match, reclines, rocks and swivels. Asking $40 OBO

　　Cloth chair(back is broken but is still usable and not noticable if you add a decorative pillow of your choosing, there are no rips or tears in chair at all.) Asing $40 OBO

　　Makes a complete set when used together. The couch and swivel/recliner chair match(but look off in pics because of lighting) and the upholstered chair is nice to break up the leather look. In picture there is a little cloth on the back of the upholstered chair used to protect the material.(forgot to take off for pics) Everything is in fairly good condition. If interested I can chat with you about any other imperfections when you call with questions or information.

　　CASH ONLY. You must be able to carry up from my finished basement. Sofa is VERY heavy unless you remove sofa sleeper before moving it, then you can reassemble when you have it home. Thank you.
