This is handmade in California Sycip frame from about 15 years ago. Comes with Chris king headset and mix of parts for a 2x9 drivetrain. Bike is fully functional and rides superb. I'd just say frame is amazing and paint is beautiful while the parts are utilitarian, hence the low price.

　　Frame features beautiful lug work and deep color "wet paint" job.

　　Minor rust on cable bosses and near some lugs and bottom bracket are. No serious rust issues, no dents .

　　Parts are mostly campagnolo 9speed  with sram cranks. Wheels are mismatched.

　　Size is 55.5cm top tube, 54.5cm seat tube both center to center and 56cm center to top.

　　Currently dialed for someone with longer upper body, but you can switch stem out.

　　Sycip is still in business making frame. Lugged frame and lugged fork today would cost a bit over $3500
