Susan's story

　　Susan is around 5-6 years old and is looking for a forever home. She is shy, timid, and reserved but after spending some time with her she will warm up to you. Once she trusts you she is loyal and loving. Being an older dog she is confused being in this type of environment so it is no wonder why she is shy when first meeting new people.Slow introductions and meet and greet with other dogs in the home is highly recommended for Susan. During Susan's stay with us she has been exposed to several types of dogs and has done very well with them. She shows no sign of aggression. With patience and reassurance she will come out of her shell and be a great house dog. Older dogs may have older bodies and minds but it just means that they have more experience with love and will show thier appreciation towards thier family every day.
