RockStar- Roxy is a super sweet 6 coming 7 year old TB. She is not built like a tb nor does she move like one, people always think she looks like a little warmblood. Roxy is as good as they come. She has a super solid WTC, collects and goes on the bit, but at a hack will drop her head and has an amazing "long and low" trot, would kill in the hunter under saddle classes, and also has basic dressage lateral work, turn on the forehand, leg yields, haunches in etc. Her lead changes are in there but aren't automatic yet, she tends to get them on course, or if you do the hunters knows which direction she is going and consistantly lands on the correct lead. She is not mareish at all! She can go out with geldings, mares, or even foals- she adopted my roomates 4 month old and raised her like her own. She isn't moody ever, she loves to be groomed and messed with and walks quietly to be put back out to pasture when your done. She is a solid 2'6"-2'9" horse, I have jumped her a 3'9" oxar in a grid but she is most comfortable at the 2'6"-3'3" height. She is slow and elegant enough to do hunters but will push up into the bridle and go faster and is a rockstar in the jumper ring as well. She does not refuse or spook ever! Awesome at shows, quiet, not spooky, will stand tied to the trailer all day, acts like shes at home. I have schooled some x-country on her and she will go through the little bit of pond we have left on the property nothing phases this mare she would make an excellent eventing prospect also. My trainer uses her for lessons on sundays and the 8 year old students ride her ( they are very very beginner, just learning to jump) and roxy guides them over the x-rails like a pro, the worse of a rider you are the better she is, she loves little kids, and will pack them around and is safe! She loves getting out on the trail and is always the leader or will follow behind everyone. There are no bad things I can say about this mare. Never had a lameness issue. Ties, trailers, clips, bathes, etc. Up to date on shots and worming. She also has really good feet all 4 are shod but she can go a solid 8 weeks before they need to be redone. Roxy is a steal at this price and will be doing some local CHJA shows until sold. Price is negotiable to a good home.
She is available to take to the high prairie circut to try or a schooling show.
