My story
Suki is a 2 year old Siberian Husky mix (46 lbs). She is a sweet, mellow dog overall. She doesnt bark, rarely growls, has no problems with strangers, jumping, begging, etc. She is very polite, housetrained, loves to cuddle, and loves road trips with music. She might not do well with a family that has smaller dogs, cats, etc as she has a pretty strong prey drive. She does great with other dogs her size. She has a bit of separation anxiety. When you are away from the home, she does well when left free to roam or in a closed room however she has horrible anxiety associated with crates. She doesnt interact much with toys but loves to run around outside. She is pretty low energy when inside and takes plenty of naps during the day. Suki was heartworm positive but has been treated. She will need to be re-tested in a few months to confirm she is negative and she has resumed all normal activities.Suki's ideal home will have someone home most of the day or someone that allows her to roam the house and not be crated. Suki is fostered in the Huntsville, AL area. If you are interested in Suki please submit an application at forrescue.net/dog-application
