My story

　　Sugar Bear is a super cute, sweet and loveable young cat.  She and her buddy, Frank, were adopted together as kittens and lived very happily in a loving home.  Sadly, due to a life changing event, these sweethearts were returned to us.  We are now hoping to find forever homes for them.  Sugar Bear is playful and affectionate.  She enjoys sitting on the lap of her human(s) as well as perching on their shoulder(s).  Sugar Bear is a bit stressed right now due to the change in her life and she will need a little time and patience to adjust to her new surroundings.  Given time, love and kindness, Sugar Bear should come around and be a wonderful companion.  Other than Frank, she has not lived with other cats.  She has not been exposed to children or dogs.  If you are looking to adopt a young cat who is still playful and fun but is not quite as crazy as a kitten, Sugar Bear could be the perfect forever cat for you.  And, if you are looking to adopt two young cats, consider Frank.  Sugar Bear and Frank were very good buddies together.

　　Please note: Sugar Bear is shown as a Maine Coon Mix based solely on her appearance. We rarely take in purebred animals, so virtually all of them are a mix of several breeds.
