Ok I got this from a friend and then my aunt ended up getting us one too. The car seat is spotless inside and out, it just has one stain on the front, but the way to child sits it will cover it up. And the stain is not that noticeable, and not at all if you put a head rest for the baby on the carseat. It DOES come with the base as well. The stroller does have some mildew spots but other wise is clean. They are a matching set and I need to sell pretty quickly. Please text me or email me for any other information or questions.
