　　Excellent condition, only used a few times, then we moved and misplaced him untill now.

　　He is very expressive, like having a best friend. He moves his arms, legs, eyes and mouth move as he is reading the stories to you child.

　　You will want to purchase the stories and tapes that go along with him. They are very reasonably priced.

　　TJ Bearytales is a release from Playskool and is an interactive bear that reads stories, plays games and sings songs.

　　The bear is recommended for children ages 3 and up, and sells new for over $160.00.

　　TJ runs on 4-D cell batteries.

　　Stories & cartridges can be purchased separately for between $9.99 and $14.99. (I know Amazon carries them)

　　TJ is wearing a blue fleece jacket and built onto his back is a purple plastic backpack like console. Here's where all the control buttons are housed. To play with TJ first you turn him On and choose from a lower volume or louder. If you are sitting up close to TJ then the low volume is fine otherwise use the louder one. You can insert a story cartridge into his backpack and listen to his story and games. There are controls on the backpack to play the story (or hit the play button again to pause it), arrow buttons to go to the previous or next "chapter", and an activities button (which you press to hear songs or play games). The backpack also has 4 vertical slots where you can store additional cartridges - they click in place.
