　　Yellow Chinese PMZ150-20 ICE BEAR. There are no stickers on it, only the Eagle Head ornament on the front fender. The scooter is stretched and lowered as well. I'm not new to Melbourne and have some idea who probably does it, but it could not provide the proof. I can get some help and it is will be appreciated. (REWARD MONEY OFFERED).
