Way more than handsome
I am an undiscovered treasure
Stevie is a handsome grey tabby cat with a winning personality. He loves people and the pets they offer and he is quite the lap cat. Stevie is also vision
impaired.
We are not sure what shadows Stevie can see. He makes his way around known and new environments just fine with an occasional bump into something in his way. We have seen him react to a bird flying by
whether the sound, the shadow or some innate sense
he is very alert, aware and able to sense all that is going on near him.
Stevie knows his name and comes when you call him
he will answer to Stevie or to his nickname Papa. When you call to him, he comes walking straight to you, sniffs your hand and then nuzzles it asking for the pets he so dearly loves.
Are you willing to open your heart and home to Stevie to discover just what an undiscovered treasure he is? If you do, you will be rewarded with a loving dedicated feline companion!
You can meet Stevie at the Coronado Animal Care Facility by making an appointment. The facility is open daily between 9:00 am and 11:30 am and 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.
If you are interested in adopting Stevie, you must first come in and meet him. If it seems like a good match, the next step is to complete a cat adoption application. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or cat adoption applications may be completed online. A PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your application.
You can read about the adoption process on the Adoption Information page.
