It has a metal ring on front rod--no pull. Dog has been very loved and played with.. Head and down the center of back fur is WORN. Under part of ears are replaced with cotton knit. outer rim of wheels shows wear. some paint missing on support rods not bad but still missing. checks and money orders take 7-12 days to clear bank. also do paypal.
