STAMPS: "1998 Bright Eyes Animal" Stamp Sheet (#S10) $15
Notice philatelies or stamp collectors?this is a spectacular find?.a must have!!!!
You are looking at a mint 1998 Bright Eyes Animal commemorative stamp sheet featuring five favorite household pets. Each Bright Eyes design has a hidden security image produced through a process called scrambled indicia. The dog design showcases a hidden dog bone and doghouse. The cat design has a paw and mouse, the parakeet a bird cage, the hamster an exercise wheel and the fish has bubbles coming from its mouth.
This encoding process scrambles, distorts and overlaps images and symbols that, when printed, will not be visible to the naked eye. The images become clear only when viewed through a specially manufactured decoder lens. The decoded images cannot be effectively reproduced or counterfeited, and many governments have used this process as a safeguard for printing items such as stocks, bonds, passports, banknotes and postage stamps.
This wonderful souvenir pays homage to five of America's most popular pets: the cat, parakeet, hamster, dog, and fish and is loaded with cute pictures and colors. It would make a great gift or a wonderful addition to any collection of US stamps.
Here is your chance to own one, since there aren?t too many left, don?t let it go by.
