My story

　　Specks came to us by animal control. He was picked up on Grigsby Ferry Road in Elkmont. When he first came to us, he was completely shut down.....but look at the happy boy now! Specks is a heeler mix, weighing on 27lbs. He is just a pup is is around 8 months old. Please give this smiling boy a new start on life.
