It is either a 2005 or 2006 model. Size is XL but I am 5'10" and it is fine for me. Should fit 5'8" to about 6'4" or so. It is a little more upright position that some bikes. Shimano Sora and Tiagra Components. It has 2 sets of brake levers, one set in the standard position and a second set for when you are sitting upright. Carbon fork for a more comfortable ride.
