You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. From Spanky's Mexico foster:
"
Spanky was just another dog that suddenly showed up in the neighborhood, most likely dumped by owners or left behind when they moved. A lady in the area that rescues dogs started feeding him and posted hoping to find him a new home. Some neighbors, however, wanted him gone and threatened to call AC despite being asked to give her some time to find help. Sure enough AC came and took him away soon after. She pulled him from AC and made space for him at her home while a rescue would accept him. Lucky for Spanky, he will soon be up for adoption at FDR. Spanky is sweet and loves to cuddle and has an adorable grin at times!"
