Milano is a very sweet 3 yr old, 17 lb., Spaniel mix. He gets along with dogs and cats as well. Milano is simply a very sweet dog. He is mellow and behaves well at Dog Park, social events and when riding in the car. He is playful and enjoys the company of other dogs. He is not a barker and does not run away. Although he has a gorgeous coat with beautiful markings he does very little, if any, shedding. He is affectionate and loves a belly rub, but he is not needy. Milano enjoys sitting by the kitchen door watching, or should I say, smelling you cook. Sometimes he tilts his head in an adorable manner when you talk to him. Milano walks well on the leash, knows the command ?sit? and comes to you pretty well for not knowing his new name. he is now starting to go outside on a regular basis. He very much wants to bond with someone and will make an extremely loyal and grateful pet. Milano is a total joy and will be a great addition to a loving family. He will be neutered, microchipped and up to date on shots prior to adoption. His adoption fee is $200.
All of our dogs are in private volunteer foster homes, and as such these individuals are most qualified to answer any questions regarding the dog. We do not have a central shelter or kennel locations - you must make a private one-on-one meet and greet appointment with each individual dog at the foster family's convenience. To protect our foster families' privacy, we must have an APPROVED adoption application on file before we release their contact information.
All of our dogs are fixed (spayed/neutered) and up to date on shots. We have a 2 week foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog is a fit for your family. Adoption fees vary from dog-to-dog. Please note that an approved application DOES NOT guarantee that the dog will be placed with you. The final decision rests with our fosters as they know the dogs the best, and please be aware that there may be other applicants interested in the same dog. We continue accepting applications on a dog until the dog is with the new adoptive family in their home.
