　　Sophie is the sweetest girl around. She is fairly new to the shelter. She is very shy around new people and were working on that. After some time with her shell loosen up a bit. She is also very conscious of other large dogs and relaxes most when there are none near her. She is gentle and even tempered. So far she has been reticent to take treats probably because she needs to relax some more. She would be good with adults and older/considerate children. A fenced yard for her to romp around in would be great as she likes the outdoors. Patience will be key for her new humans as she learns to trust and feel safe.
