My story

　　Sophie is a 5-year-old female Husky who has already been spayed.  She came to PAHS as a stray and no one reclaimed her.  Sophie has a white/cream coat with black highlights spread throughout her coat.  This gorgeous gal is a medium sized dog.  Sophie is friendly, playful, and active.  She would be good with children; check with the staff about other dogs.  Sophie is VERY talkative; and quite the character.  She is so affectionate that she might just plant a big old kiss on you!  Sophie is a bit of an escape artist which is quite common for Huskies; they are known as the Houdini dogs.  She would require a securely fenced yard.  Dog/puppy adoption fees are $20.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $10.  All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.  April 29, 2023, 3:56 pm
