Sophie#2 found herself at Maricopa County Animal Care and Control when her disabled owner could no longer care for her. She is such a happy girl that we knew she had to become a part of the Forever Loved family.

　　Sophie#2 is a 7-year-old shepherd mix weighing 45 lbs and is a smart and playful girl that does well with other dogs, but were not sure about cats. Because she can get a bit excited we are recommending that she go home with older children, just so she doesnt knock a little one over. Sophie#2 is learning better leash manners every day with our volunteers and would make a great running partner. She is super curious about the wild bunnies around here, so she would probably not do well with cats. Sophie#2 is just a love and enjoys being with people and snuggling. She is a super intelligent girl that will make a great companion to almost anyone.
