Do you know of a PET in crisis? Rosie showed up at the doors of the Ruff House over the weekend. Rosie is in need of a family. She is about 40 pounds, lovable and playful, and appears to be healthy, about two years old. During the two or three days in our care, she does not seem to have any bad habits.
