Solo's story

　　I don't have a history with dogs, but bring your dog down to meet with me to see how we get along.

　　I don't have a history with cats, but may do well with them with a slow introduction.

　　I don't have a history with children but may do well with them.

　　Described as a "super sweet boy" even by people who confess that they're not real fond of shepherds, Solo is a calm, gentle guy who is a pleasure to be around. At 70 pounds, he's a little underweight and is starting to remedy that by accepting treats very gently from our volunteers. He is very affectionate and loves attention and being with you. Solo will go explore some and then return to your side for pets. He will run after some balls, but doesn't fetch. Solo has very nice leash manners, already knows "sit" and appears to be a quick learner and one of those dogs that is eager to please. [kc]
