　　NOTE - both bottom kickplates are soiled. Either a home upholstery cleaning unit or professional upholstery cleaning should restore them to 'like new condition'. Selling "AS-IS". This is very well built furniture which was fairly pricey when purchased. If both pieces have a total of 5 hours of sit time between them it would be a lot. If you don't care for the print - think about slip covers.
