Smokey's story

　　Smokey came into our facility as a transfer from another shelter. We do not have much information on his history with other cats, dogs, or children. We have noticed he does become overstimulated easily with handling and will begin to swat or give warning bites when hes had enough. Because of his ability to become overstimulated easily we suggest caution to homes with young children. He did well for most of the exam and only started to give warning bites until the end when he was restrained for ear cleanings. He did well for his vaccinations and blood draw. Please allow him at least 3 months to fully acclimate to his new home and family members.
