Slater's story

　　Hi! I'm Slater and you might say that I am like a live wire because I'm soooo amped up and have energy to burn! You will find me to be super friendly - quite a social butterfly and when you get me to slow down I am very sweet! I am an enthusiastic young dog that needs an experienced dog owner to be my "pack leader" to teach me some basic manners. One of the first things we will need to work on is to teach me not to jump on people - I am a strong jumper and because of this I should not be around small children. You will find that I am quite lively on a walk - hold on tight to the leash because I get so excited! I do a beautiful sit/stay and I enjoy getting loved on. So come on and spend some time with me - I will be sure to liven up your life and we will have a very fun forever together!
