Skye Terrier - Popeye - Small - Adult - Male - Dog

　　Popeye is a beige and white Skye Terrier blend boy. He is approximately 4 years old and weighs about 11 lbs. Popeye only has one eye but we don't know what happened to it. He is a sweet little guy that just wants to be comforted. Popeye needs a laid back family that will be able to help him with his lack of vision. He is light heartworm postive which is treatable.
