It has a clean title and is registered as a motor home / RV in Vermont. I lived in this bus full-time in Washington, D.C., for years and originally purchased it to be used as a music tour bus for conducting demonstrations at the seat of government in 2021 (storing music equipment, transporting band musicians back and forth, and practicing). It's all the subject of years-long federal litigation at the moment so the bus is sitting around not really being used and I'm selling it.It is in great condition and has been taken extremely good care of. I just performed virtually all maintenance last year, and have taken it for a short drive once a week since 2021 to keep all moving parts in working condition and healthy. It runs great and has no major problems (see videos). I stocked up on future maintenance parts during the supply shortage and those are included. I also have the online product links, build sheets, engine & electrical diagrams, etc. I've sourced out parts dealers, service shops, and I can recommend online heavy-duty mechanics and bus/skoolie forums. I entered somewhat of a doomsday prepper mindset throughout this experience and learned a lot, so let me know what information you need. The bus is believed to have 110k miles according to the school district, seller, and hubometer (but the odometer has been replaced and is inaccurate - see videos). The bus is unique and soundproofed / temperature controlled for music purposes with a build technique known as decoupling (basically a double-wall construction with an air gap) and hybrid spray foam & batt insulation. Therefore, there are no windows inside. Also, living in the city influenced me to go the no-plumbing route because it would have been highly inconvenient to drive an hour outside of the city each weak to empty black/grey water tanks at rural campgrounds/sites. I have cheap furniture inside and you can purchase the bus furnished (priced in) or unfurnished and do your custom thing. Music equipment and personal belongings not included (see videos). I can answer your questions via phone/text/email for 1 year after the sale.PROS & CONShttps://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vQqTQW20l-2xSBzaKnSkCfvldKWNn09RdaUeWmi00ME1HwvQt55Ean_bryFpQG_xwTm5j591XGZgeiE/pubVIDEOS/playlist?list=PLmUaAAzfZbA6KyU-NTXrsRl36MRo4AAP5PICShttps://sites.google.com/view/2003-thomas-saftliner-hdx/home
