SKIP's story

　　Skip is shy but affectionate and he absolutely cannot wait for a young dog playmate who will help him stretch his long legs and have fun! Although young and playful, he is careful not to jump on or be rough with humans. His crazy ears are so endearing, and he is so appreciative of a gentle voice and touch.

　　Skip will love an active family that enjoys outdoor activities. Still a young pup, he will thrive with kind, loving guardians who will him to learn new things and grow his confidence. He LOVES snacks and, despite his shyness, really enjoys meeting new people (especially if snacks are involved!)

　　Although he has only recently joined us, Skip has already learned that going on the leash means good things will happen; he is perfecting his leash manners. Skip will need to use a harness with an additional leash while going on walks as he still startles at new noises. Despite no longer technically being a puppy, *everything* is new to Skip and he is benefitting from all the new experiences.
