I have a mobile flat ground grind rail for sale. I got it a couple of years back and I don't skate any longer so it simply sits in my space. I'm unsure what brand it is however I paid $120 for it new. It has two feet and 2 sections that all come apart so you can break it down to make it more portable or shorten or lengthen it. It also has a small piece that connects to the end of it I believe it was for attaching a ramp to made by the exact same company, however I never used it. It is a little dirty, however it has no rust and it entirely fine and all set to skate although the red paint has been used off by board slides and grinds.
