The machine is in like new condition exhibiting almost no signs of prior use. It was powered on and foot pedal tested, everything seems to be fully functional though I wouldn't know where to begin if trying to actually use the machine. With how clean the unit is I would guess it's only been used a handful of times. The machine includes pedal and all original retail packaging including the internal styrofoam.
