In very good condition and works great. In-line DSL filters, AC adapter, ethernet and phone cords included with purchase.
It's a decent modem, and transfer rates are excellent (it knows how to prioritize simultaneous up/downloads VERY well), but definitely USE A POWER STRIP OR INLINE POWER SWITCH instead of the modem's power button.
