Shotgun's story

　　Shotgun -- This very handsome, and very gentle boy is named 'Shotgun'. This sweet boy is thought to be a Labrador retriever/husky mix, and he is as sweet as he can be. Shotgun was surrendered to the shelter by his owner. He very apparently has recently experienced some severe physical trauma that left him with lacerations to his neck and shoulder area. Shotgun's injuries have been treated and are healing nicely, but he does still have tubes in his neck and shoulder to allow drainage and speed his healing. They will be removed soon and he will be ready for adoption shortly thereafter. Shotgun is a very sweet and personable boy, not to mention handsome! He is alert and attentive, and seems very intelligent, as well. Shotgun will be a very loyal and loving companion for his new family. There is no stray hold on Shotgun, but he can't be released for adoption until he is physically ready.
