Shiney fka Sunshine was surrendered to Muttville due to her owners extreme allergic reaction to ticks. Despite using a tick control, Shiney would still bring ticks after walks and her owner had to go to the hospital due to an extreme reaction. Shiney loved her owner very much and is a little confused about the new changes. Despite all of this, Shiney is adjusting well at Muttville and starting to explore and come out of her shell.
