Shih Tzu - Ping - Small - Adult - Male - Dog

　　Hello, the Ark named me Ping. They named my brother Pong. A friend of the Ark found us in Madison County. I was in horrible condition. My coat was so matted around my mouth; I could not open it to eat! You could count my ribs and the nodules of my spine. The Ark doggie doctor could not neuter me because they wanted me to be healthy and have more weight on me before any surgery. Can you answer a question for me? Why would anyone be so cruel to any animal, big or small? I am warm, fed, watered, and loved at the Ark. That is such a treat for me. I even have a cute little sweater to wear. The Ark said I am the smallest ShihTzu they have ever seen. They think I was born January 2008. I am not ready to be adopted, but wanted you to see my pictures now so you could see how beautiful I will turn out to be. The Ark knows how to make that happen. You can visit my brother and me.
