My story

　　Sherry the tortie has a cautiously optimistic view of the world. She likes to hang out near her favorite humans during the day, approach to get pets, and even head-bunt to request some attention. She's also wary of noises, and needs the benefit of patience during her first weeks in a new place. In those early days, she may nap in a box but come out to say hi when her humans sit nearby. She may not be the life of the party when guests visit, but she likes to play! She is known to pick up her wand toys and bring them to you. Sherry also likes catnip and, of course, meal times. She seems happiest when her favorite humans are not too far away.     

　　Prior to adoption, all cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped. This cat is currently at our adult cat adoption lounge located in downtown San Jose.
