Shepherd - Molly - Medium - Young - Female - Dog

　　Molly: Shepherd mix, Spayed female, 2 years old, 30 lbs.

　　Molly was a stray dog that wandered onto my campus in June this year. Some students said they saw Molly wandering in the street. They patted her and then Molly followed them to school. A handful of kind students would give her cookies or bread to eat but none of them could take her home. Molly loved people so much that she would follow anyone that greeted her. She always had fun playing with the kids during their break but once the bell rang, Molly became really sad because she was forbidden to go into the classroom. The only thing she could do was sit in the hall and wait for the students? next break. A few kind girls tried to hide her in the classroom afterschool but that became a problem when the weekend came. Finally, the girls came to me for help. They took me to meet Molly and when I saw her, she was lying spiritlessly in the hall. Sometimes, she would stand up and lick the water on the floor; she just looked so sad and dejected. The leash on her back was filthy and she smelled very bad. Fewer and fewer kids wanted to get close to her and even hushed her to keep her away.

　　Looking at such a desperate dog, I knew I had to help her so I took her to the vet for an exam. The vet also gave her a good wash and dewormed her. I have been fostering Molly in my home ever since. Since I?m already fostering dozens of other dogs, I really need to find Molly a new loving home. Molly is now 100% healthy and is super-friendly to all people (men, women and kids). She especially loves going out for walks and running in the park. Her happy spirit is back! She also enjoys riding on my scooter and feeling the breeze blowing over her face. Because Molly has a good temperament and is so well-behaved, I whisper in her ear everyday that it shouldn?t be long before her new loving family finds her. Please consider bringing Molly home. She really is a good girl who deserves a second chance at life!
