　　A kind man rescued BIG BOY and his siblings after they were found abandoned and living on their own as puppies without their mother. BIG BOY is a beautiful dog and is both sweet and gentle. BIG BOY is shy and making good progress with his social skills. Once he warms up, he enjoys just being near you and also enjoys playtime outside. BIG BOY is wonderful in the house. He is non destructive and house trained. Additionally, he is also kennel trained and doggie door trained. BIG BOY also gets along very well with all dogs big or small. Even though he is very shy, he is VERY comfortable around other dogs and loves to play. BIG BOY would do well with a playmate or playmates! It would also assist him in overcoming his shyness. Although BIG BOY loves to play, he also enjoys relaxing on the floor beside you watching TV and just chilling out. BIG BOY would love to be welcomed into a family or single person home who could offer a little patience and love to assist him in overcoming his shyness. BIG BOY is a male Shepherd / Hound mix puppy and is approximately 1 year old (Sept. 2013). BIG BOY weighs about 37 pounds and is full grown. He earned his name "Big Boy" due to him being the largest of his litter of pups. BIG BOY is heartworm negative, up to date on shots, neutered and micro-chipped.
